Join us for a nourishing and restorative full moon sauna and cold plunge at the beautiful and tranquil Rock Farm.

This is a relaxed, sociable, winter gathering centred around contrast therapy, community and slowing down under the moonlight - expect heat, cold, cosy firelight and plenty of time to chat and unwind.

No prior sauna or cold water experience is needed, go at your own pace and be supported and guided by Rhiannon.

Booking is required per person, per time, slot as required – you’re welcome to stay hang around before or after your session though to socialise around the fire.
