Everyone is welcome to come along to the sauna, but if you’re a regular sauna-goer, signing up for annual membership means your sessions cost just £9 (rather than £12.50) and you’ll also receive discounts on Soulfired events (e.g. Self Care Saturdays)

To become a member, go to the ‘Book’ page, scroll down to the bottom and sign up - it’s £30 for a year’s membership and you can start booking in at member prices straight away!

Yes, you can park in the farmyard at Rock Farm, just a few steps from the sauna.

1 hour private hire (up to 10 people, longer hire also available) - from £75

Yes, you can hire out the whole sauna for up to 10 people, including exclusive use of the space, with 2 plunge baths, 3 individual changing rooms, 1 cold shower, drinking water, apples and cinnamon, and a fire pit just outside. A Soulfired host will be onsite to feed the fires, ice the baths and make sure you have everything you need.

Woven Cafe is just a few steps away, across the yard, serving delicious coffee, homemade cakes, kimchi & sourdough toasties, coffees/teas and cold drinks.

When booking a regular session, you will see the option to add £3 to the Pay-It Forward Community Kitty.

Soulfired Sauna will match all donations given and the kitty will be used to fund sessions for those who need them. There will be more details on the website soon (hopefully by May)
