We’re delighted to introduce a women’s sauna session at Soulfired Sauna.

A dedicated space for women to relax – moving between heat, cold and rest in a calm, unhurried environment.

Unwind from any tension and just melt into your weekend.

Held on the first Friday of each month at Rock Farm.
