Sauna, Supper & Song

A summer evening of sauna and live acoustic music by the fire.

Book in for your sauna at 5pm, 6pm or 7pm.

After you are thoroughly warm and relaxed, sit down to share a nourishing, seasonal, vegetarian supper. 

Gavin Osborn will be playing by the fire and we invite you to bring a song, poem or instrument if you would like to. 

You're also very welcome to simply eat, listen and unwind. 

10% of ticket sales will go to SWEDA.

SWEDA helps people affected by eating disorders and their families and carers in the South West. They offer specialist counselling, information and guidance, recovery support, a twice-weekly helpline, nutritional sessions, and support groups.
